Having planned many events myself it is important to understand ahead of time what to expect.


During Booking

During booking we will go over show options, pricing, and performance location details. Since my magic shows are interactive, I may also gather information about the audience, special guest, or birthday person to personalize my show if possible.

Performance Agreement

With details gathered during booking, I will send over a performance agreement. This agreement will provide the opportunity for you to verify I captured it all correctly. This is an important step since it will be the basis of location, performance duration, and pricing. At this stage I will also place a temporary hold on the date/time discussed to provide first right of refusal to you if another inquiry comes in for the same day.

Acceptance & Retainer

Once the performance is reviewed all that is needed is to sign & return with any retainer listed within the agreement. 

the Day of the Performance

On the day of the performance, I will arrive at least 15 minutes early (unless otherwise agreed) in order to setup, accept payment, and be ready to perform at the agreed upon time. After the show, it is my goal to make your day as stress free as possible. I will pack up and typically see myself out as you will be attending to the rest of your event.
